The Silvertones Choir - Derby The Silvertones choir are a community choir who have been going around six years now.

They are led by a wonderful local singing teacher called Tracey and meet every Tuesday afternoon at 2pm-4pm at St Peter’s Church in the centre of Derby.

On Tuesday 25th March, the Silvertones had a very special visitor to their practise session, non other than The Mayor of Derby himself, Frank Harwood. Everyone had a wonderful time , with the Mayor performing a song for us too.
At the end of the session, he was presented with a gift to remind him of his visit, a purple scarf so he could become an honouree member of The Silvertones Choir. Who knows, he retires in May so watch this space ❤️😍🥰
