Here at The Hennessy Partnership, we are recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our Complex Care Home in Meltham, Huddersfield. Are you an experienced Deputy Manager with minimum Level 3 NVQ or a Level 5 Diploma? Or would be willing to work towards this qualification?

Do you have experience in Mental Health and Complex Care, then we would love to hear from you.

💚 World Mental Health Day at The Hennessy Partnership 💚

Here at The Hennessy Partnership, we recognise that looking after our mental health and emotional wellbeing is important every day.
Across Rye House, Bishops Way, Tom Wroe, Poppy Walk and Living Well Street, our residents and staff marked World Mental Health Day by spending meaningful time together, sharing conversations, enjoying relaxing activities and focusing on the things that help us feel happy, valued and supported.
From listening to residents about their goals and interests, to 1:1 pamper sessions, baking, shared laughter and simply taking time to enjoy one another’s company, the day was a wonderful reminder that sometimes the simplest moments can make the biggest difference. 💚
Supporting positive mental health is about creating an environment where people feel heard, respected and empowered to make choices, while having opportunities to build confidence, connect with others, and enjoy the things that matter to them.
Let’s continue to encourage open conversations, kindness and connection, not just on World Mental Health Day, but every day. 🌿

**The Hennessy Partnership - Ossett Car Show & Scarecrow Festival with Sandy Court**

Here at The Hennessy Partnership, we are passionate about supporting the people we care for to access their local community and take part in events that matter to them.
Over the weekend, Ossett hosted its annual Classic Car Show and Scarecrow Festival This Years theme was sports , providing a fantastic opportunity to get out and enjoy the local celebrations. One of our residents from Sandy Court thoroughly enjoyed visiting the events and exploring everything on display. Whilst he preferred not to be in the photographs himself, he was keen to take pictures to share what he had seen and experienced.
At The Hennessy Partnership, we understand the importance of listening to each individual's preferences and supporting them in ways that are meaningful to them. We are committed to promoting choice, independence, and inclusion, ensuring that every person we support has the opportunity to enjoy activities and experiences that enrich their lives.

Here at The Hennessy Partnership, we love creating opportunities for our residents to enjoy the simple things in life. 🌿☀️
Our residents over at Tom Wroe & Poppy Walk had a wonderful time spending the day in the garden, making the most of the fresh air, beautiful surroundings and each other's company. 💚 There was plenty of laughter, conversation and fun, with a friendly game of mini golf adding a little healthy competition to the day! ⛳🏌️‍♀️
