Dear friends,

It is with great sadness that we declare the end of 1988 Promotions.

We have had the pleasure of working with many amazing acts and partnered with some damn right brilliant venues and festivals. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years.

Let's end on a positive! On to pastures new...

We are extremely thrilled to announce that we will be merging with the Sunbird Records in-house promotions team. We will continue to bring great live acts from all over the world, to the north west of England.

Fantastic news coming from the Sunbird Records team this morning!

They have been announced as an official venue as part of next years Independent Venue Week celebrations, sponsored by BBC Music! It's a week dedicated to grassroot venues and the great work they do for music and their local communities.

Sunbird Records will be announcing more details of their special Independent Venue Week show at midday today!!

We're really excited to announce that Sunbird Records will be a part of Independent Venue week Monday 28th January - Sunday 3rd February 2019. Head over to www.independentvenueweek.com/tickets-info to find out what's happening all across the country as well as here with us!

This a great chance to support and celebrate live music in your local grassroot, independent venue!

Our line up will be announced at 12PM today along with EARLY BIRD tickets - Keep em peeled!
