📚✨ NEW IN OUR SENSORY ROOM! ✨📚

We’ve just added some amazing new sensory books to our Sensory Room at Cloud Nine Dartford 🌈☁️

These aren’t just ordinary books — they’re designed to encourage children to touch, feel, explore and discover while enjoying some quiet time. 💜

Sensory books can be brilliant for helping children with:

🌟 Sensory exploration – discovering different textures, shapes and materials
🖐️ Fine motor skills – turning pages, touching, pointing and exploring
🧠 Cognitive development – encouraging curiosity, recognition and problem-solving
🗣️ Communication & language – giving children new things to point to, describe and talk about
👀 Focus & attention – encouraging calm, hands-on engagement

We’re really excited to introduce our first dedicated SEN Session, creating a quieter, calmer and more relaxed Cloud Nine experience for children who may benefit from it. ☁️✨

📅 Sunday 30th August
⏰ 9:30am – 12:30pm

💜 WHAT WILL BE DIFFERENT?

💡 Lowered lighting
🔇 No music
👨‍👩‍👧 Half our usual capacity
☁️ A calmer, less busy environment
⏰ A full 3-hour session so there’s no need to rush

🌈 PLUS… OUR SENSORY ROOM HAS JUST HAD AN UPGRADE! 🌈

We’ve just added a selection of BRAND-NEW sensory toys for children to explore, touch, play with and enjoy at their own pace! 🫧✨

During the session, children will have access to:

We know that a busy play centre isn’t the right environment for every child, so we want to offer a session where families can enjoy everything Cloud Nine has to offer in a more sensory-friendly setting. 💜

🌈 SOFT PLAY FOR EVERY STAGE 🌈

One of the questions we get asked a lot is, “What age is Cloud Nine Dartford suitable for?”

Our role-play village and soft play areas are generally best suited to children aged 8 months to around 8–10 years, depending on their size, confidence and interests. ☁️

From babies taking their very first steps to older children with huge imaginations, we’ve created a space that grows alongside your little ones.

✨ Baby Area (non-walkers)

A safe, calm and comfortable space designed especially for our youngest visitors to explore, crawl and play.

✨ Toddler Area

Perfect for little adventurers who are growing in confidence. With age-appropriate equipment, toddlers can climb, slide and enjoy plenty of imaginative play.

✨ Junior Play Area

Our larger soft play area is ideal for older children who love to climb, crawl, slide, explore and burn off lots of energy.

✨ Role-Play Village

Our role-play village has been designed to inspire creativity, confidence and independent play. Whether your little one loves the vets, baby nursery, farmers market, police station or fire station, there is always a new adventure waiting for them.

✨ Sensory Room

Our dedicated sensory room provides a calm and engaging environment for little ones to explore.

With separate spaces for babies, toddlers and older children, everyone can play at their own pace while parents relax with a drink from our café. 💙

Because every child deserves a place to play, learn, imagine and make magical memories.

☁️ OUR SESSION TIMES ☁️

💙 At Cloud Nine Dartford, we know that every family’s routine is different, so we’ve made our sessions as flexible as possible.

⏰ Morning session: 9:30am–12:30pm
⏰ Afternoon session: 1:00pm–4:30pm

You’re welcome to arrive at any time during your chosen session and stay until the session ends.

Simply book your preferred session and arrive whenever suits your family. There’s no need to arrive right at the beginning, making it much easier to work around naps, school runs and other commitments. 🥰

For example, you could:

✨ Arrive at 9:30am and stay until 12:30pm.

✨ Arrive at 11:00am and stay until 12:30pm.

✨ Arrive at 10:00am and stay until 11:00am.

Either way, you’ll still have plenty of time to explore our role-play village, soft play and sensory areas. 🌈

🌾🥕 Welcome to our Farmers Market! 🥕🌾

Fresh fruit and vegetables, friendly farm animals, a working checkout and plenty of imaginative play – our little farmers absolutely love this area! 🐮🐔🛒

Children can harvest their own produce, stock the shelves, feed the animals and serve customers at the market stall while learning through play. 💚

From tiny shoppers to budding farmers, this has quickly become one of the most popular areas at Cloud Nine Dartford! ☁️
