Another lovely Tuesday night spent doing what we do best….singing, laughing and enjoying being together. 💛

For this week’s vlog, I decided to find out a little more about the musical history of some of our choir family, by asking a very important question…

🎤 Who was the first person you ever saw live in concert or at a gig?

As always, there was a brilliant mix of answers, some trips down memory lane, and a few musical confessions along the way! 😂 It’s always lovely hearing people’s stories and finding out a little bit more about the music that’s been part of their lives 🎶

And apologies in advance for the number of times Joe McElderry crops up… at one point it was starting to feel a little like Joe McElderry bingo 😂

✨🎤 MEET THE MEMBERS – ALANA MACKENZIE 🎤✨

Oh, what an absolute JOY this interview was! ❤️ 🎥

This time I’m chatting to the fabulous Alana Mackenzie - one of Northern Lights Community Choir’s newly appointed Trustees, but someone who has been part of our choir family right from the very beginning ✨

Alana is exactly what you see….fun, bubbly, hilarious, warm and full of infectious enthusiasm. She’s always willing to throw herself into something, have a laugh along the way, and somehow has that lovely knack of bringing out the very best in the people around her 💕

This interview was an absolute delight from start to finish 🫶🏽

She’s a wonderful part of Northern Lights, and on a personal note, she’s also someone I’m incredibly proud and lucky to call my friend 🥹❤️

🎥 CHOIR VLOG | 25.08.26 🎶 📸

The summer break is over and Tuesday nights are back! 🙌🎵

First job of the evening… a proper catch-up! 😂 Finding out where everyone had been, what they’d been doing and generally making up for a few weeks without seeing each other 🫶🏽

Then it was back to business with new music, new harmonies and the sound of everyone singing together again ❤️

Sometimes you don’t realise quite how much you’ve missed something until you’re back …..and it was genuinely so lovely having our choir family together again 🥰

Roll on another season of music, laughter and making memories together ✨🎶
