Yesterday we said our final goodbye to our beautiful Miss Sue. On behalf of Born To Dance, I just wanted to take a moment to say a truly heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the funeral and came to show their love and support.
Seeing so many people there meant more than I could ever put into words. The kindness, the messages, the memories shared and the support from everyone has been overwhelming in the most comforting way. I am honestly lost for words and so incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such a wonderful community who cared so deeply about Miss Sue but more importantly my Auntie Sue 🥺🪽
The poem “Born to Dance” that was read was such a beautiful tribute and captured her spirit so perfectly. Dance was never just something Miss Sue did, it was who she was. Her passion, dedication and love for teaching shaped the lives of so many dancers over the years and yesterday was a true reflection of just how many people she touched.
While it was an incredibly sad day, it was also so special to see the impact she had on so many lives. Her legacy, her passion and everything she built will continue to live on through Born to Dance and through every dancer who walks through the doors.
Thank you again to everyone who came, who sent kind words, and who continues to support us during such a difficult time. It means more than you will ever know. 🤍🪽
