Another fantastic group of workshoppers exorcising demons today, at the Demon Bowl workshop in Hurworth. It really was an eco-feminist, anti-ofsted, stress relieving kind of day!
The bowls will be revealed in due course... once they've faced the flames! 🔥🔥🔥

I always love delivering my Demon Bowl workshop but it was a special privilege to be invited along to in Liverpool this weekend, to share it with a brilliant group of artists, ceramicists and clay beginners at the Baltic Clay studio (my studio envy is strong!). I can't wait to share their finished bowls and demons with you later!

If you want a workshop delivering in your venue, get in touch!

Being with a group of women, all telling their individual stories on clay yesterday was such a gift. They baked cakes and pastries to share with each other, they got their hands dirty and thought about the words they keep from people who matter, they talked while they made. The autumn sun cast a golden glow over the morning as it streamed through windows which looked out to the green fields of North Yorkshire. The sausage rolls were lush.
