Might be just enough time to nip down for today's concert...

Well, we have a fun-filled summer here at St George’s Church in Cullercoats. After recently hosting the Cullercoats Festival, we are excited to announce that, over the summer months, there will be weekly organ recitals in our church.

These events are free, however a donation would be greatly appreciated in order to help support our wonderful building.

Just a flashback to the amazing masks that people created for the Mask Trail in June leading up to the Festival.

And a big thank you to those who put in such efforts: Sue, Chris, Lizzie, all the businesses, cafes and individuals who found amazing levels of creativity. I couldn't choose my favourite out of these... and so many others...

Like everyone we are very sad about the nurdle spill following the ship collision. Good luck to all who help out in trying to get these tiny pollutants out of the marine environment. All happening today!

Could you help us put out social media for the Festival? We are looking for a volunteer social media person - or several. For Facebook and Instagram. There's already lots and lots of material to choose from, and it's a steady but not overwhelming posting schedule, building up to the festival events. Maybe suit a young person wanting a genuine achievement for the CV? Someone less mobile but still wants to be part of something? Or anyone really! Training and advice available if needed.

Just one of many person-sized Festival opportunities.
