Very often on the socials - all we see are smiley, happy babies! This is so far from the reality....

Having a baby is hard, REALLY hard, a lot of the time.

If you're worried that your baby will cry, the truth is, they probably will at some point and that's OK! 💕

Never, ever worry that you can't come to class. At Hartbeeps you are free to feed, change, move, soothe, have a mum meltdown and if you need an extra pair of hands, we are happy to be asked to help.

You're not being disruptive. You don't need to leave. You and your baby are doing just great! 🫶
