The Exhibition is still on, for a few more days until 17 August in the Stables in Cromarty. See the work of a group of local artists, in our annual exhibition.

Amy McIlhenny is a printmaker and designer from the Black Isle. Having always been fascinated by both architecture and the natural world, she enjoys exploring the intersection between the landscapes of the Highlands and the human interventions which shape and alter them.

The 49th Annual Exhibition of the Cromarty Group opens this weekend and will run from 9 to 17 August. The exhibition will be held in the Stables and is open to the public daily from 10am to 5pm.

Lexie Macleod - Her current practice employs surface decoration (Hakeme Slipware) to create movement and life. Ash collected from her Highland hearth - used in the glazing process – offers a literal sense of place and time, interweaving earth, wood and air, offering an echo of home.
