🎉 Huge Congratulations to George Bowie MBE! 🎉

Everyone at EDF would like to extend our warmest congratulations to George Bowie on being awarded an MBE for his outstanding services to Radio and Charity.

This honour is richly deserved and recognises not only George's incredible contribution to broadcasting but also the countless lives he has touched through his tireless charitable work over many years.

George has been a fantastic friend and supporter of EDF, helping us create unforgettable memories for festival-goers time and time again. His legendary GBX sets have become a firm favourite with our audience, and we're absolutely delighted that he'll be returning once again to headline Friday night at our 10th Anniversary Celebration this July.

Join us in congratulating George on this remarkable achievement – we can't wait to welcome him back to the Edge of the Atlantic for what promises to be another unforgettable night!

🎉🌊 THE FULL EDF FESTIVAL 2026 LINE-UP IS HERE! 🌊🎉

After months of planning, anticipation and excitement, we’re absolutely delighted to unveil the full line-up for the EDF Festival 10th Anniversary Celebration, taking place on 24th & 25th July 2026 in the beautiful Outer Hebrides.

This year marks 10 Years at the Edge of the Atlantic, and we’ve pulled together a programme worthy of the occasion — featuring some of the most requested, most loved and most memorable artists who have helped make EDF Festival so special over the last decade.

🔥 Leading the celebrations are two EDF favourites!

🎧 George Bowie and GBX Anthems return to deliver another unforgettable Friday night party, bringing their trademark energy and atmosphere to close out the first night of the festival in style.

🎻 Skerryvore take centre stage on Saturday night, closing our 10th Anniversary celebrations with the world-class performance, passion and power that have made them one of Scotland’s most loved live acts.

🎶 Our partnership with continues to celebrate the very best of traditional music and culture, with an incredible programme on the Ceòlas Stage featuring world-class musicians alongside some of the finest emerging talent from across the islands. It’s a fantastic opportunity to experience the rich musical heritage of the Hebrides alongside the contemporary sounds that have become synonymous with EDF Festival.
