Guess what's back.....back again... intro to pole choreo's back...tell your friends 🙌🙌 I am so excited to announce that I shall be teaching the Intro to Pole Choreo course again!! ☺️
I can't tell you how much it was fun teaching this course and seeing new and familiar faces too ❤️
In this course I shall be teaching both Contemporary and Sexy pole choreography movements, such as body waves, leg waves, pole pirouettes and standing to floor transitions etc 💃 This course is perfect for absolute beginners, people who want to improve on their choreo technique or for pole tricksters that want to explore pole dance movement. 💃
