At Jam Today, we have a big focus on using a chilled approach to delivering co-creative sessions. Participatory music sessions can often be busy, noisy spaces with lots of activity and movement - which is great for some folk, but not the best experience for everyone. We propose trying a more laid back approach in some of your music sessions. This can help you to be more inclusive and offer greater choice with your creative activities.
