😔🙏❤️ So sad. Mor drist i glywed bo ni wedi colli Geraint Jarman. Gŵr bonheddig a chyfansoddwr penigamp o ganeuon arbennig.

Heartbroken to hear we’ve lost Geraint Jarman, the elder statesman of the Welsh popular music scene.

We had the privilege of working with him on five albums, each one fantastic.

The song playing has the chorus “Under your care, I’m thriving”, written for his wife, Nia.

Our deepest condolences to Nia and his daughters. Ry’n ni’n rhannu’ch colled 🙏🙏❤️❤️

Open heart surgery on the power amp! A ridiculously customised BGW750F.

The cooling fan didn’t start back up after the 30 hour power cut that gave us so it needed replacing.

Whenever I open this beast I’m in awe. It’s a beautiful piece of obsessive audio engineering.

In New Zealand they’re in the middle of an upgrade project for this amp. We’ll get new amp modules to drop in to this chassis at some point. Hard to imagine it can sound better. We’ll find out in due course.

Gethin missed the IRAA ceremony last week so we had a small presentation back home, with some special guests to do the handover 🥰

Huge congratulations to Gethin, along with Vijay Dayal, Kittu Myakal and Pramod Chandorkar for Shivoham from Adipurush by Ajay Atul 👏👏👏

Also massive congratulations to Gethin and Vivek Thomas for Koyilamma from Love Reddy by Kalyan Nayak 👏👏👏

And heartfelt thanks to Anil Chopra, Smita Rai, Priya Khatri and Genelec for running such a successful and important awards programme 🙏❤️

Honoured and full of gratitude to receive three IRAA awards - two for Gethin and one for Donal.

It was amazing to also participate in the jury process (while obviously stepping out for any category where we were nominated).

Best of all was spending an evening with so many of our dear friends in this remarkable community of talented and creative people ❤️❤️
