We had a wonderful training day today with the super skilled and lovely Alex Sanctuary!
We had one to one vocal efficiency tips and whole chorus coaching to take our convention songs to the next level 😍

The Belles are now on summer break but that doesn’t stop the fun!
MD Chesca swapped her directing hands for her quizmaster’s microphone to host a quiz night. And it wouldn’t be a Belles event without a raffle - this time it was secret bottles with prizes ranging from spirits and wine to…. Salad cream! 🎉

We’re looking forward to being back together reinvigorated at the start of September 😍🎶

Here are Second City Sound, Silver Lining and The Belles of Three Spires celebrating LABBS 50th together on Tuesday evening! 😍
Thank you very much LABBS - the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers for the birthday grant, we loved having the chance to get together and celebrate! 🥂
We had cakes and fizz and balloons, sang polecats and had a fabulous time! 😍

Two very special visitors on our training day today!! We had an incredible day with performance coach Helen Watson learning to better connect our bodies to the emotions of our songs.
We absolutely loved our day with you Helen, thank you! We learned so much! You put us all at ease with your fun approach and open nature. 😍🎵

The other wonderful person visiting us today was our lovely Liz, on loan from Norwich Harmony 😃 it was wonderful to see you! We'll be there cheering you on at LABBS - the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers convention in October, see you in the bar! 🎉

Our Cuppa Crew are firing up the ovens ready for the weekend!

The Belles will once again be selling refreshments throughout LABBS - the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers Prelims contest day on Saturday so come and see us between 9am and 4.35pm for a tea or coffee and a delicious piece of cake! 🍰 ☕️
Please note: cash only!

It’s going to be a hot one again so we will also refill personal water bottles.
