The proof is in the pudding!

2 weeks on since our pupils were given exercises to help improve their toes to head, and 10 days on since progression was last shared from one of our Inters, who has clearly been working these exercises regularly. Well Done!

Progression and success comes with Self Motivation & Discipline - Whatever you choose to do in life, these skills will help take you where you want to go, at what rate though depends on the individual - the more you put in, the more progression you will make!

Yesterday we performed at Mary Ann Evans Hospice at their Fundraising event - despite the success of the day the hospice is still in need of funding!
