Late Entry: 623. FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND - Tales Don't Tell Themselves (2007)

This was FFAF's 3rd album and the album they temporarily went full stadium rock... well sorts. Filled with anthemic choruses and the screams all dropped. The singles and a few others were solid enough, and it actually ranks on my list close to their debut as I never fully loved that after some truly glorious EPs as their initial releases.

339. Armor For Sleep - The Rain Museum (2022)

after a 15 year album break this was AFS's return and they started right were they left off. Almost literally in terms of position on the lists, as their 3rd album was in the mid 300s territory too. This ones theme is about leaving things behind, either on a massive scale like a planet or in terms of lost love. It doesn't have the dynamism of peak Armor seen on "... when you're dead" but theres very little on this that isn't enjoyable.

627. PÆRISH - Fixed It All (2021)

This French bands debut album appeared on the list in the 600's but has since climbed into the low 500s and this was their 2nd album. More of the same in someways, kinda shoegazy alt rock that's just solidly pleasant. Maybe if I gave their albums more listens they would grow even more on me. Def worth a listen.
