PARTIES POLICY 🎉

We want your party to be run as smoothly as possible to ensure you, your child and your guests have a fabulous time!

With this we have a few small requests to help us out:

🚪ARRIVAL: Please only arrive at a MAXIMUM of 15 minutes prior to your party time if you wish to set up any of your decorations. This is simply to allow our staff plenty of time to get the space set up for you!

🍽️ PRE ORDER: We require your preorder for ALL guests AT THE LATEST 7 days before your party date.

💷PAYMENT: A deposit of £2 per child attending the party is required at the time of booking. Without a deposit, we cannot save your booking. Full payment is required 7 days prior to your party. This is £12 per child attending (minus your deposit already paid).

🔗AMENDMENTS: If you are expecting a reduction in the number of children attending, we can only amend this 48 hours prior to your party. Any later than this and we unfortunately cannot amend your preorder/payment.
