We are creating a monthly hmv Empire playlist to showcase emerging local original artists.

🎤 CALLING ALL ACOUSTIC ARTISTS 🎤

We’re on the lookout for new talent to play our Balcony Sessions at hmv Empire Coventry – intimate, stripped-back sets taking place in our Balcony & Bar areas on Saturday afternoons!

We’re specifically looking for solo artists, duos, or stripped-back bands (no full drum kits please – cajons or similar percussion welcome). These are relaxed acoustic-style sessions with a mix of covers and originals.

🎛 Full PA and house sound setup
🍻 Free entry shows with drinks deals, so even if you’re not performing – come along, show support, and soak up the city’s best grassroots music.
