Pattison Academy Of Performing Arts Youth Coventry's leading performing arts school. Pattison academy of performing arts youth provides dance IDTA Graded examinations plus free creative classes.

Dance classes for children from 2 to Adult in Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Modern Jazz, Gymnastics & Commercial. Show held annually at Coventry's Albany Theatre. Classes are available from Monday to Saturday and Students DO NOT have to attend the school to participate in our dance classes. Coventry's leading performing arts school where children can come and have fun whilst making new friends.

The Performing Arts Team at Pattison are ready to welcome you to classes starting Saturday 5 September! 🎭

Who is who? Meet the amazing team who will be inspiring, teaching and supporting our students throughout 2026–2027…

Miss Jess – Runs the department alongside the rest of our fantastic team. She is dedicated to making sure every student feels valued and excited to perform.

Miss Amanda – An expert in musical theatre, jazz and vocal training, with a wealth of experience to share. Her inspiring teaching style helps students grow in confidence.

Miss Vicky – Our ballet specialist, as well as an RAD examiner. Her exceptional technical knowledge and attention to detail help students develop beautifully.

Miss Georgia – From student to teacher! Teaching a wide range of subjects as well as working as festival choreographer, she brings energy and creativity to her classes.

Miss Sarah – Our drama and LAMDA teacher, who has a wonderful ability to bring out the performer in every student.

Mr Josh – Teaches music, singing and 121 piano. Patient, approachable and musically talented, Josh makes learning enjoyable while helping students build skills one note at a time.

Miss Ellie – A versatile dance teacher with expertise across all subjects, motivating students to work hard, enjoy themselves and celebrate their progress.

Miss Anna – Our commercial and street dance teacher, bringing plenty of energy and style to the timetable! Her upbeat approach encourages students find their individuality.

Miss Suzanne – Our contemporary teacher.Miss Suzanne challenges students to explore movement in new ways and develop as expressive performers.

Miss Jill – Teaches the IDTA syllabus in ballet, tap and modern jazz. Her years of experience and structured approach give students a strong technical foundation.

Mrs Dalton – Our wonderful school bursar. She is an invaluable member of the Pattison team and always ensures the important details are taken care of.

Mrs Nolan – Our finance assistant. Reliable, approachable and always ready to lend a hand. Another invaluable member.

Is your little one ready to twirl, jump, skip and dance? Our Pre-Prep Ballet class is specially designed for our tiniest dancers aged 3+, introducing them to the wonderful world of ballet in a fun, nurturing and encouraging environment. 💕🌟

Through music, movement and imaginative play, our little dancers will begin to develop confidence, coordination, creativity and a real love of dance — all while having lots of fun! 🩰✨

Thank you to all the staff who were a part of today’s rehearsal - choreographers, producers, chaperones, production staff and admin!! Everyone - we couldn’t do it without you!

And finally, parents/guardians! Thank you for bringing your children to rehearsals and preparing them for the morning! We really do apologise for the late finish (for some performers) - we just want it to be the best show it can be!
