✨️ PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS ✨

Aerial isn't always about being perfect. Every move you learn and every time you try again, you're making progress.

Progress isn't always about learning a new trick. Sometimes, it's holding a position for a little longer, feeling more confident in the hoop, doing the same thing on the other side, or finally nailing something you've been working on.

It's easy to compare yourself to others, but remember that everyone's journey is different. You don't have to get it perfect the first time - that's what practice is for!

Celebrate the little wins, trust the process and keep showing up for yourself. 💜✨

Progress over perfection, always.

💜 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💜

Today is a reminder to check in with yourself and the people around you. Sometimes, we get so caught up in everyday life that we forget to pause, take a breath and ask ourselves how we're really feeling.

At Deleata Z, we believe movement, creativity and community can create opportunities to connect, express ourselves and build confidence. ✨

Whether it's stepping into the hoop, trying something new, having a laugh in class or simply spending time with others, it's important to find the things that help you feel good.

Remember, you don't have to be okay all the time, and you don't have to face things alone.

Be kind to yourself, check in with someone you care about, and remember that your mental health matters every single day, not just today.

You don’t need a background in dance, gymnastics or circus to give aerial hoop a go. Our classes are designed for people of different experience levels, and you’ll learn the skills step-by-step.

You might be completely new to aerial, or you might already have some experience - there’s always something new to learn. ✨

It’s about giving it a go, building confidence and discovering what your body can do. 💜

Did you see us at Streets of Cov yesterday? ✨

What a day! There were so many activities to get involved with, from our circus skills and aerial hoop to artwork, dance and so much more. 🎪

A massive well done to everyone who performed, ran workshops and helped bring the event together.



We loved seeing so many people come together, get involved and be part of the community.

A huge thank you to for having us as part of Streets of Cov. Seeing so many people getting involved and having fun genuinely brought us so much joy!

AERIAL HOOP MYTH BUSTING

“You have to be flexible to do aerial hoop!”

Not true! 🙅‍♀️

You don’t need to be able to do the splits, touch your toes or bend yourself into impossible shapes to get started.

Flexibility is something you can develop over time through regular movement and training. Aerial hoop can actually help you improve your mobility, body awareness and flexibility as you progress. ✨

You don’t need to be flexible to start - you just need to start! 💜

We have a class that focuses on stretching, and flexibility. So, why not give our Stretch & Flex class a try? Our classes run every Sunday at 6pm.
