Tyne Theatre Productions organize performances and productions with a group of volunteers at the Tyne Theatre and Opera House, Newcastle upon Tyne. Funds raised from productions and performances will contribute to the preservation and future restoration of the Grade 1 listed Victorian Oper

Say hello to Miss Hannigan 👋

Devon Dolman is joining the principal cast of Annie, stepping into the role of headmistress of the orphanage, Miss Hannigan!

Devon has experience in both professional and amateur productions, from local panto to The SpongeBob Musical here at Tyne Theatre.

She loves bringing the comedy to her performances and can’t wait to get stuck in with the hilarity that is the intoxicating Miss Hannigan!

Allow us to introduce you to our next Annie principal cast member, Corey Clarke, who is taking on the role of Rooster!

After playing Squidward last year in The SpongeBob Musical, Corey has swapped his 4 legs back to 2 and is ready to take you for a dance down Easy Street.

We're thrilled to introduce Louise Small to the Annie Principal Cast as Lily!

Louise is delighted to be taking part in a Tyne Theatre Production for the 2nd time. Outside of performing, you'll find her giving far too much attention to any dog that crosses her path, so if you're looking for her, she'll most likely be with Sandy!

Meet the secretary with a heart of gold… 💛

We're excited to have Emily Miller as part of the principal Annie cast, playing Warbucks Secretary, Grace Farrell!

Emily has been involved in the musical theatre world for most of her life. Last year she shone as the Mayor of Bikini Bottom in TTP's production of SpongeBob, and she is delighted to be taking on the role of Grace.

Bert Healy is on air 📻

We're delighted to announce that James Anstee is joining the principal cast of Annie as Bert Healy!

James' work has included directing for New York children’s theatre, alongside being a theatre society member at Newcastle University.

Having previously played Larry the Lobster in the last Tyne Theatre Production of SpongeBob, James is ready to take on a new role as the charming yet goofy, Bert Healy!
