We are holding an informal interview season at Cosgrove Lakeside Bistro on Saturday 24 January. For part time staff for the bistro, fish and chip shop and kiosk. If you are interested or know anyone that may be interested please message me for details. We need to have everyone booked in for this session so please let me know if you would like to attend

Welcome to 2015....happy New Year to you all!
We would like to let you all know that we will be back in full swing for the coming season at the Kiosk! We will also be welcoming you at the Restaurant & Fish Bar this year! The restaurant will now be known as the 'Lakeside Bistro' where we are having a modest face lift and freshen up for the new season at the park.....all for your enjoyment :-) Look out for our updates and please feel free to forward any inquiries. Morning everyone.....Just to let you know that due to the awful weather we are having, we have made the decision not to open for this morning at least. We will keep a close eye on the weather throughout the day and keep our fingers crossed that it will pass!
