Last year we had the pleasure of working with the brilliant to develop a new writing programme for over 65s in Wiltshire.

Together we worked with a fantastic group of writers, who each developed an original stage monologue and performed their work at Salisbury Playhouse in January.

We want to continue our work with this group and support their stories and voices to reach a wider public. To aid this mission, please donate to our Big Give campaign. Every £1 is doubled in match donations, so anything you can give would be gratefully received. Thank you!

Folio run monthly creative workshops with women seeking asylum and refuge in Swindon, creating a safe space for connection, play and self-expression.

It’s been a total joy to work with such an incredible group of women and we’re committed to continuing this work in 2026, with the help of our Big Give campaign. Our Big Give campaign will support our engagement
projects with community groups across the South West, including our CREATIVE MENTORING PROGRAMME!

We work with Young Carers across the region, matching them with brilliant industry mentors who can support each individual mentee to take their next steps into theatre and build their understanding of the creative industries.

We want all young people, regardless of background, to have access to the arts and be supported to realise their creative potential. To help us, please consider donating to our Big Give campaign. Every donation is matched, so every £ makes a huge difference!

WHAT IS THE BIG GIVE?
A 7-Day campaign supporting charities using the arts for positive social impact. If we raise £1000 over the next 7 days, we will receive an additional £1000 in match funds!

WHAT ARE WE RAISING MONEY FOR?
Your donations will help us continue and expand our artistic engagement work across Wiltshire and the Southwest, supporting the creativity and wellbeing of women seeking asylum, young carers and isolated older adults.

Every penny counts in this campaign! Each donation is doubled so your money will go twice as far (£5 becomes £10, £10 becomes £20), so whatever you can afford to donate we would be incredibly grateful for your support.

We’re so excited to share some of the brilliant work we’ve been doing with our over 60s writing group as part of Silver Salisbury’s Older People’s Day TODAY at 1pm - entry is free so do come along if you’re in the area. And watch this space for details of further sharings to come

With two hours left to go, we are absolutely delighted to have reached our target! Thank you so much to everyone who donated to and shared our campaign. Thanks to you, we are so excited to be able to offer mentoring to Young Adult Carers who want to pursue a career in the Arts, working with a team of incredible industry mentors.
