A STAR UP DATE!

Unfortunately, we aren't taking bookings currently for this year. Sorry to let you all down. :(

We feel with the current Covid situation, with our little girl having Cystic Fibrosis (so having to be extra careful) and me just having a baby a week ago we feel currently it isn't the right time to open up the business as of yet.

We hope to be able to help you next year when hopefully things will be calmer. (Fingers crossed)

Stay Safe

Update about safety!

I know some other companies have now started back up and they all should be using PPE equipment, (Mask, Gloves) They must be using a High antibacterial cleaning products to clean ALL the Inflatable inside and out, They should ONLY be hiring castles out with 4 – 5 days in between hiring out again (So they can clean the Inflatable and any bugs will be destroyed between the hire dates) , To be Only hiring out to your household only (no other people allowed on it), It HAS to be in your OWN back garden and 2 metre contact with the customer as social distancing still applies. To NOT go through a customer’s houses and to use side gates which are left open ready.
I hope this helps to keep you all safe with hiring inflatables out as all Inflatable hirers SHOULD have proper Bouncy Castle Insurance and Have their P**A tags displayed on there inflatables. (If applicable as some inflatables don’t need them, i.e like our Rock and Roller and Our Toddler Playzone but should have a RPII report on them)
You can request this when booking to check and to know your keeping safe. 😊
PLEASE KEEP SAFE!

Just a quick update about the currently situation and bookings.

We hope you and your family are keeping well and safe? We are currently keeping well and have finally come out if shielding after nearly 20 weeks I think it was. (Been a long time anyways!!!) We are still being very very cautious with who we see and where we go. (Only consists of seeing our direct family and a couple of friends that we know have kept safe and well during this Lockdown.)

Our little girls Cystic Fibrosis team have been great along with the CF Trust in keeping us update in what we can do. They have said we still need to be careful who we are in contact with and limit who we see. ☹ Not going to be an overly exciting summer!!

Phil and I have had a long talk about what would be best for the business, For our family and Staff. We have looked at what the cost would be to set back up again to make sure we have all the correct cover as always and to make our inflatables as safe as possible as always. Our priority is always our customers safety. Currently the halls are still closed, and they have said they are not sure when they will re-open, so with this in mind we would only be open for outside bookings ONLY for 2 months and unfortunately this wouldn’t be financially via able for us to be able to open. ☹ I have been running my business for 9 years this year and have NEVER had to let people down like this, So I am terribly sorry, but my family does come first.

Dependent on what happens at the end of the year with Covid 19, with halls and my family we are currently aiming to open in 2021 as we miss you all so so much!!

We hope you and your family keep well and I am certainly hoping we will have a healthier end to 2020 and into a (Fingers crossed) brighter 2021.

Many Thanks for all your support and patience in this unpredictable time in 2020 and we hope to see you in 2021. 😊

Just a quick update about the current situation and bookings.

With the current guidelines we would only be able to set up in a BACK garden only,
To have no contact with customer so side access only (Which needs to be open ready for us) as we won't be allowed through houses,
To be paid by BACS only (the day before),
To have disclaimers signed and sent back to us the day before or we wont be able to set up,
Only THAT household members allowed on it (You will see on Disclaimer that it says this and it MUST be stuck to),
We will have PPE equipment on and will spray all the inflatable down (Like always)
And inflatables will be limited due to first come first serves bases as they will need to be left for a few days between bookings to get rid of the risk of contamination between hires.

If hiring from other companies please make sure they have the correct insurance, Have their castles P**A tested and are up to date and they check all the necessary things . (i.e wind, rain)

We hope you and your family are keeping well and safe?

Please keep safe!

We are still currently not hiring out due to our little girls Health so means another month of no castles. :( We are hoping to start back up in August BUT if we feel its unsafe for us to be around other people due to our little girls heath then unfortunately we will sadly be canceling inflatables again. Sorry but my family comes first. Fingers crossed for August. Stay well and I will re post the safety around hiring a castles at this current time!

Just a quick update about the current situation and bookings.

I am really not sure what will happen from July and whether we will be hiring out again, it will all depend what the Government says on Social distancing and most importantly I will see what Sophie’s CF Team say. I am just playing each month out the best I can and hoping we will start back in July now. If not, we will keep trying every month!

This is not like us to have no contact as we LOVE chatting to all our customers and their children.

We will see what will happen at the end of June. I can take Provisionally bookings for July and August by it is only a MAYBE!

If you would like to cancel or move your bookings please let me know.

We hope you and your family are keeping well and safe?

Many Thanks for all your support and patience in this unpredictable time and we hope to see you in the future.

Just a quick update about the currently situation and bookings.

I have been in contact with my little girls Cystic Fibrosis team this week and they have been keeping me informed on what is happening and how things are changing so quickly with the COVID 19. They know I run a bouncy castle business and I thought because I have now shielded for 12 weeks with her (next week this will be, not that I’m counting but it’s been a loooong 12 weeks inside with her) it maybe OK to start doing a few castles in June but unfortunately they have informed me that shielding dates for vulnerable people/children are from all of April, May and June, So we a heavy heart and upset I am having to cancel all my June bookings. (Like I did in March, April and May) I have been running my business for 9 years this year and have NEVER had to let people down like this, So I am truly sorry but my family comes first.

I know some other companies have now started back up and should be using some sort of PPE equipment, High cleaning products, only hiring castles out with a few days in between hiring out again (So they can clean the castle and any bugs will be destroyed between the hire dates) , Only hiring out to household customers (no other people allowed on it) , It HAS to be in your OWN back garden and NO contact with the customer as social distancing still applies. (We have also been advised not to go through houses).

I am really not sure what will happen from July and whether we will be hiring out again, it will all depend on numbers I guess with the Government and see what Sophie’s CF Team say. I am just playing each month out the best I can and hoping we will start back in July now. If not, we will keep trying every month!

I am deeply sorry to let you all down, but I have had to cancel all booking for June. I know this is quite quick to cancel BUT I just wanted to give you time as a loyal customer to either just cancel the booking or move it to a date in July, August or September. (From October it will be hall hires only) or I know some companies are starting to open so maybe able to book in with them if you need it for June.

We hope you and your family are keeping well and safe?

Many Thanks for all your support and patience in this unpredictable time and we hope to see you in the future.

Due to the Corona Virus we have had to cancel all our bookings at the end of March, April and May currently. (Which Is and had been very upsetting) We are waiting on the government to see what they say in the next few weeks if they will lift Lock down soon and what this will involve. They might say we can have small social gatherings which could mean we MAY be able to set up for a few parties if numbers our under this but it is a big MAYBE currently.

I will email out to those people who has booked in for June when we hear more but this does all depend on how it effects my family. :(

As you know we are small family run business and our little girl has Cystic Fibrosis which effects her lungs, We have been strongly advised by her CF team to stay indoors and isolate our self's as much as possible so we can cut down the risk of her getting it. We hate letting people down and haven't done so in the last 9 years of setting up inflatables, but we have to put our family first and keep out little girl safe and well.

Many Thanks for all your support and patience in this unpredictable time and we hope to see you in the future.

The BIHA very strongly recommends (on a scale of 10 out of 10) that you DON'T hire during this lockdown - in order to slow the spread of the virus and save lives (possibly your own life - especially on COLLECTION where the inflatable could be literally covered in Coronavirus endangering you and your customers on the next hire!)
STAY SAFE AND STAY HOME THIS EASTER WEEKEND!!!
