Another incredibly busy week here at Rooftop Arts!
From our Young Artists creating beautiful, Illuminated Lettering, inspired by medieval art, to our wonderful weekly classes, which continue to inspire artists of all levels! Our all day Saturday workshop focussed on Monochrome and all who participated created a stunning art piece; it was lovely to see so many visitors again, and of course, a joy to welcome new faces to our Arts Centre!
It’s the final week to see the fabulous Rooftop Annual Exhibition! Pop in and take a look at the huge collection of art by over 40 artists!

Have you always wished you could draw, but never known where to start?
Perhaps you haven’t picked up a pencil since school. Perhaps you’ve convinced yourself that you’re “just not good at art”
That’s exactly why we’ve created ‘Drawing for Complete Beginners’
No experience. No pressure. No expectation that you already know what you’re doing.
Our professional tutor will guide you step by step, showing you simple techniques that will help you understand shape, proportion, tone and observation — and, most importantly, start building your confidence.
And each lesson will be taught over a relaxed Thursday morning coffee and light breakfast at Rooftop Arts. ☕🥐
You don’t have to be “good at drawing” to come along.
You just have to be willing to have a go.
