👋 Meet the Team: David Poole.

Next up in our Meet the Team series... say hello to David! Sales Director at TMP.

David joined TMP after a career that was anything but ordinary. He spent many years working in international transport, including four years living in Denmark, before taking on the challenge of helping launch the HMV Empire in Coventry in 2021.

There were certainly a few memorable moments along the way. Welcoming Ed Sheeran on opening night was a definite highlight, but helping move Elton John's grand piano up five flights of stairs is a story we're sure never gets old!

These days, David is our Sales Director, where his focus is on helping the team perform at their very best and ensuring our clients continue to receive the outstanding service TMP is known for.

Outside of work, not much has changed. Performance is still a big part of life, whether that's enjoying live music or following sport whenever he gets the chance.

We're delighted David is part of the TMP team, and his experience, leadership and enthusiasm continue to help drive us forward every day.

👋 Meet the Team: Louise Jacob.

Say hello to another friendly face at TMP... Louise! Mortgage & Protection Consultant.

Louise began her career in financial services in 2014, following a career in the travel industry. After buying her first home, the mortgage adviser she worked with made such a positive impression that she decided to make a career change herself. Safe to say, she hasn't looked back since!

If there's one area Louise is particularly passionate about, it's shared ownership. She loves helping people take that first step onto the property ladder and seeing empty developments become thriving communities full of new homeowners.

Away from work, family time is what it's all about. Whether she's building an impressive Lego town or heading beneath the waves for a scuba diving adventure, Louise certainly knows how to keep herself busy.

Helping people find a place to call home is at the heart of what Louise does, and we're delighted she's part of the TMP team.

👋 Meet the Team: David Bell

It's time to introduce another member of the TMP team... say hello to David, Client Account Manager.

David has been helping clients with their mortgage journeys since 2005, beginning his career with Santander before joining TMP in April 2023. With two decades of experience behind him, our clients are certainly in safe hands.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, Sophie, making the most of weekends exploring the beautiful sights Scotland has to offer.

He's also a devoted Motherwell FC supporter. As David puts it, "Someone has to!" We'll let him have that one...

When he's not cheering on Motherwell, you'll probably find him on the hunt for a great coffee, sampling a new beer or, on special occasions, enjoying a trip to the pub... assuming he gets the all-important approval from his wife first! 🍺☕

We're delighted David is part of the TMP team and know our clients benefit from his wealth of experience, friendly approach and sense of humour.

👋 Meet the Team: Lisa Phull

Continuing our Meet the Team series, we'd love to introduce Lisa. Key Relationship Manager at TMP.

Lisa joined TMP in 2024 after spending many years helping clients in the mortgage and protection industry, a career she first began back in 2008. She also took some time out to be at home with her three daughters, Mya, Avani and Jayda, before returning to the world of mortgages. Safe to say, we're very pleased she did!

When she's not helping clients, you'll usually find Lisa making the most of family time. Whether it's exploring somewhere new, trying a different restaurant or settling down for a movie night, weekends are all about spending time together.

Then there's Jax, her boxer. If you've ever met a boxer, you'll know "calm" isn't usually the first word that comes to mind! Thankfully, his energetic personality fits right in with the wonderfully busy household.

And finally, a fun fact that we're still trying to verify... Lisa can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" backwards. We haven't asked for a demonstration yet, but we're quietly impressed all the same.

We're delighted Lisa joined the TMP team and know our clients are in very safe hands. 👏
