We’re so excited to announce that we’re trialing BRAND NEW daytime pole fitness classes starting June ! and we would love for you to come and be part of them
🗓 Mondays at 11AM
🗓 Fridays at 1PM
These sessions are perfect if evenings don’t work for you, prefer a quieter class atmosphere or you simply want to do something fun and empowering during the day ☀️
Whether you’re a total beginner or already on your pole journey our classes are designed to help you:

Pole fitness is for EVERY body and every ability 💕 You do not need experience, upper body strength or flexibility to start just come along and give it a go!
