We are only at the beginning of our production of School Of Rock and we already cannot wait for you to see it! Everyone is so excited to get stuck in as you can see and can't wait to take this to The Burnavon Theatre this October.

What a great day of auditions we had for School of Rock! The whole music centre was rocking 🤘

Was fantastic to see some old faces and some news faces with some travelling from Portrush & Newry to audition! This is what it’s all about - seeing groups of like minded individuals get together with a common goal to create art - all in little old Cookstown!

Our next task is to finalise casting which should go out over the weekend so keep an eye 👀 on your emails.

A select few have also been asked to come back for call backs - these emails went out last week so we look forward to see you all again soon 👊

🤘🤘24 HOURS TO GO🤘🤘

We are totally blown away by the amount of interest in the show which makes us even MORE excited to get the ball rolling!

In just 24 hours the audition sign up form will close so if you haven't already got your name down - come 6pm tomorrow it will be too late 👊

Sign ups are still coming in hot 🔥 just what we like to see

We've had a few queries from parents and others signing up regarding participating in our show while also participating in other shows or planning to participate in other shows - we would just like to clarify that we 100% encourage everyone especially young people to get involved in as many projects as possible. The arts, theatre, music, dance etc are all a fantastic thing to be involved in for everything including mental health, expanding social skills, meeting new people and much more!

We would never discourage anyone from signing up for another show while being involved in ours - we would encourage it!

WOW! What a reaction!

We are overwhelmed with the amount of sign ups we’ve had so far for auditions - fantastic to see so many past cast members names as well as so many new ones.

A few key points to remember when signing up

- Age Range is 8 - 25 (Yes we are accepting sign ups from 18+!)

- Please remember that the audition pack is at the TOP of the sign up form. Click the link at the top to download it.

We will be closing sign ups on Thursday 9th April to give us time to organise all your info and arrange audition times so don’t forget to get signed up!

🤘🎸STICK IT TO THE MAN! 🎸🤘

That's right - after selling out all the shows of our very first production WE ARE BACK!

This time we are getting ready to blow the roof of The Burnavon Theatre with Andrew Lloyd Webber Musicals production of the classic movie School of Rock 🤘 This will be our Amateur Production by arrangement with LW Entertainment Ltd.

There's going to be powerful vocals, ripping guitar solos, pounding drums, thumping bass and much much more so keep an eye out for tickets dropping.

But until then... Let's find our cast! 🎬

Auditions will take place in Apex Music Centre on 11th April 2026 (Time slots TBC)

This time last year we were sitting down and making plans for our first show in October and we couldn't be more pleased with how it all turned out! 🌈

A few of us were watching over the video the past couple of weeks and thought we would share some of our favourite moments from the show.

We may be bias but we personally think everyone involved was outstanding from the cast, crew, band, backing singers, sound, lighting, makeup, costumes and everything in-between! 🙏
