Rooted in the landscapes and traditions of the West Country, his music draws on English folk, the songs of Bob Dylan and the poetry of Ted Hughes - crafting songs that feel both timeless and urgently of the moment. A truly special evening of live music in a beautiful setting.

🌿 Two fascinating talks at The Gantry this evening - both just £10

First up at 6pm, André Tranquilini, Estate Manager of Waltham Place Farm - a 220-acre organic and biodynamic farm in nearby White Waltham - shares what it means to truly listen to our gardens. Drawing on biodynamic practice, traditional wisdom and a deep connection to the natural world, it promises to be a beautifully thought-provoking evening.

Then at 7.30pm, historian Keith Parry tells the remarkable story of Cookham Commons - how for over 100 years, Cookham villagers resisted repeated attempts to enclose their land, and why those commons survive to this day.
