Great fun yesterday at the Shanty Shout, and many thanks to Mayor Eva Roberts and her family for coming to say Hi. And a very special shout out to Hughie, for banging his bodhran with the Buccaneers. What a star !!

Well, what lovely day we had today at The Conwy Shanty Shout . Great vibe going on, the bands all played and sang their heads out to an appreciative audience at the Bluebell pub in Conwy.

Special thanks to our soundman Chris, who did an excellent job, to Wombat and Muttley for extending their set to help cover for letdowns, and to the Shropshire Boatmen, for brilliant vocals, and an excellent set of sea shanties and self penned canal based songs.

Also to Jared and Herron from the Bluebell pub, for not only hosting the event, but also for making a sizeable donation to the RNLI collection during the afternoon. Legends !!
