☀️ 🧘‍♀️ Grown Up & Me Yoga Summer Sessions 🧘‍♂️ ☀️

Join us for a fun-filled, interactive yoga experience designed especially for toddlers and pre-schoolers and early years to enjoy alongside their mummy, daddy, grandparent or carer. 💜

Led by our wonderful qualified instructor Jo and friend of Social Butterflies these sessions are all about spending quality time together while having fun, moving your bodies and making precious memories.

✨ Why Yoga?
Yoga is a fantastic way to support your little one’s development while strengthening your bond together.

It helps children to:
💚 Build flexibility, balance, strength and coordination
🧠 Improve focus and concentration
🌟 Boost confidence and self-awareness
💃 Express themselves through movement and dance
