The BRIAR ROSE Collection are Animal caricatures created by Mr. Ray Bossons.
In 1972 and '73, seventeen different ornaments were created, and produced until 1979.
In 1972 there was a few Pelican. Penguin, and Toucans made. These 3 pieces are rare.
The Squirrel and the Cheshire Cat were added in 1989.
Briar Rose was part of Fraser Art Division but unlike Fraser Art they were made from Gypsum Plaster and decorated to resemble Rose Wood.
- Genuine pieces have the Briar Rose stamp on the base.
