Got my post removed from Colne Talk so I’m repeating it on here.
To all my lovely customers.
I haven’t been able to open in the new market as the stall I have been allocated is so small I can’t get anyone in. The pic looks bigger than it actually is - a couple of foot wide and 6 feet deep. There’s no way prams, mobility aids etc could fit in, neither would anyone who wanted to bring a friend in with them.
There’s virtually no soundproofing and as you all know confidentiality and privacy has always been important to me as much as it is you.
I love Colne and all you lovely Colners, which is why I have continued to travel after I moved back to my hometown Ulverston.
I’ve tried for weeks to resolve the issue with the new ‘stall’ and have been told something will be put in place. I can’t say what or when as I am struggling to get that information myself.
At the moment I can’t offer appointments or reply to messages because I can’t open.
I’m so sorry to write this post but I am doing my best to get sorted and open. I’ve been with the market over 12 years and don’t want to leave yet!
