Unfortunately I will be stopping my dance fitness for a while and focusing on some other things going on in my life right now.
I appreciate all the love and the followings I have received since starting up last September 🫶🏼

Hopefully when the time is right I can start back up again possibly in a new location…..📍

Fit steps routine.. We use fitness steps to help increase our coordination, confidence and help work on those glutes a fun way! Come along to dance fitness Wednesday nights! We use fitness steps every class for 15-20 minutes. Routines choreographed by me and can be adapted in plenty of ways to suit you!💃🏻💃🏻
