Good morning y'all!
I'm Tabby. I'm the owner and sole operator of Vendetta (as most of you know), I am also a Mother. On occasion, I have to close the shop as I am needed by my family. I always try to find one of my wonderful friends to lend a hand but I am not always successful as we are all busy. I will always post on Facebook if I am going to be closed (or open) outside of normal hours. If you are planning a special trip to the store, send me a message in advance and I will do what I can for you to accommodate your vinyl craving.
I appreciate each and every one of you and it is so important that you feel your local record store is there for you as a safe, fun space to discover and chat about all things music.
The inspiration for this long rant is I noticed last night (on the relaunched official Vendetta Google page, thank you Pete💋 ) that my rating was quite low based on a one star review stating that I was not open when I should have been. It's so important that people leave positive reviews as it's a far more common practice to leave negative reviews to blow off steam. It is quite harmful to a small store like mine to have a low rating....
If you have had a good experience at Vendetta, could you please drop me some stars (no pressure)?
I will sleep much better 😊.

PLEASE NOTE: It has come to our attention that some bands have been booked to play and are now receiving messages that they are cancelled because "the Faddle doesn't have a music license". This is completely untrue. We are fully compliant with licensing. Road closures etc.

If you are a band who have been booked by anyone other than Mike Shadow or Becky Kendrick to play at The Faddle Fair then I'm afraid the people who invited you are not on the committee and we had no idea they had booked you.

If you would like to play at a Future market please do contact Mike Shadow or Becky Kendrick directly.

We are so sorry some of you have been misled by this. We were unaware of this until now.
