The Hirsel Homestead The Hirsel Homestead is based on the beautiful Hirsel Estate on the outskirts of the village of Cold We also have the the The Homestead Café & Farm Shop.

There are several artisan studios selling a range of high quality locally produced art and craft. The Homestead is open 7 days a week but not all studios are open every day. Please contact individual businesses for their opening hours. The Cafe serves a variety of delicious cakes, scones and lunches, celebrating the produce of the the Hirsel Estate and the Tweed Valley. The Farm Shop stocks a wide

HIGHLAND COWS- hot off the press our first calf arrived this morning! There is always great excitement in our house, especially from our girls, when the calves arrive.

This year feels particularly special as we are celebrating 100 years of the Douglas Fold. Watch this space.
