This is an exciting announcement....

Into to Vertical Dance Workshop
28th November 1-3pm
6 participants max!
£70pp

We'll do a mixture of wall running and counter balance work (harness flying in the middle of the room in free space) and we'll have you flipping, and twirling around like the floor doesn't exist! I forsee this being a really popular workshop!

Open to absolute beginners!

Bit random but while I've been away I've missed my car wash me-time so I thought I'd make a little video and bring you with me!

I started doing this monthly because my new car came with a free car wash every month for a year but honestly I really think I'm going to continue with it because I love it! I'm not sure if it's an ADHD thing, but I love being in my car, with a coffee and just enjoying the sounds! It really calms me down! Am I weird?
