The Crunchy Frog Players

Last night, The Crunchy Frog Players popped round the corner from their spiritual home at The Headgate Theatre to make a special appearance on the main stage at the Mercury Theatre for the Mayor's Variety Show...in front of over 400 people.

Vice President of The Magic Circle Michael J Fitch was our Compere and did an amazing job as usual, doing tricks and illusions throughout the night.

We performed Python's classic Spanish Inquisition sketch plus our favourite duet, Flo & Joan's tongue twisting Lady in the Woods.

In other news, we now have our running order for our final shows on Sat 11th July this year and rehearsals have been given a kick start by bringing these crackers to the stage last night!

It's happening folks!

In 12 days time, The Crunchy Frog Cardinals will be piling into The Mercury Theatre to cause some carefully considered mayhem.

For those who have seen our recent shows, a certain Lollygagging Long Haired Lady will also be making her penultimate appearance with the troupe.
