Everyone needs a Jon in their life.
Today, I’m incredibly proud to officially introduce our new Creative Producer, Jonathan Mawson.
Jon’s journey with me started 18 years ago as a dancer in a pantomime production. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of watching him grow through every stage of the creative process from performer to choreographer, from creative director to elevated role as Creative Producer.
What makes Jon so exceptional isn’t just his talent. It’s the way he approaches everything he does. He brings so much energy, fun, creativity, resilience, integrity, excellence, and, most importantly, collaboration. He has an incredible ability to take an idea and elevate it, always keeping the client experience and creative vision at the heart of every project. At the same time making sure each performer truly understands what is being asked of them and bringing the very best out of each individual.
Over the years, we’ve built a partnership based on trust, honesty, and a shared commitment to creating the very best work possible. Quite simply, there is no one I trust more to help deliver outstanding experiences for our clients & performers.
More recently, Jon has taken on scriptwriting across our productions, bringing fresh ideas, brilliant storytelling, and taking a huge amount of pressure off my shoulders in the process. His contribution behind the scenes has been invaluable to everything Jammy Creative Studios delivers.
Eighteen years after first stepping into one of my productions, Jon is continuing to help shape the future of our creative output, and I couldn’t be happier or prouder to have him leading that journey alongside me.
