Great to see our Chairman Bob Rowles listed in Scale Model World, IPMS article. Bronze for his Hunter T12 in Aircraft Class. Also Competition Trophy H1 Harry Frazer Mitchell Memorial Award & Handley Page Association Trophy for his BAe Hawk Mk.65.

The most knowlegable and welcoming model shop I have come across. excellent advice, with no hint of wanting to rush visitors. coffee etc immediately on offer. Gary's 3 hour workshop on airbrushing,Operation, Cleaning, Stripping and paint mixing is a brilliant introduction.
I also came away with a set of practical exercises, to be undertaken to improve my skills.
Coupled with knowledge which blows away a lot of myths about the usage and mixing of various products.

Highly recommended!

The good news is that Gary will be coming to us at the club on 15th September to give a talk/display. A night not to be missed!

The July Meeting will be an Open Evening, similar to that in year's past, with, hopefully, a good turn-out of members offering an insight into the hobby against a backdrop of models!
