IT'S A PARTY AND YOU'RE ALL INVITED!!!

We are super proud to announce that the 2nd installment of Ditties will be released this weekend on your favourite streaming platforms!!! 😱

With honesty, the process of capturing the sound was a far longer affair than we had first imagined. We'd made the decision to completely homebrew the recording - so all parts were indeed performed at our house… in the middle of our street. (Madness, The Rise and Fall, 1982.)

With a massive thank you to Tristan from Coda Colchester for helping with the initial drum takes, Liam Ho**er lhaudio , for undertaking the mixing behemoth (honestly such a wonderful human, absolutely phenomenal producer, creator and DJ) and AJ at Black Cactus Studio for the final masters.

We had originally intended for it to be released a few months ago, but producing live instruments can take some to get right when you’re doing it yourself… (and then I did insist on including so very many layers of percussion into sonic jam... sorry! 😬😅(Frank Skanatra, HR)).

we wouldn’t have traded the experience for anything less though…

In a world of minimal-effort AI rubbish and fast-fashion pop-slop, we’re proud to put this out and hearing the feedback from you all makes the journey fully worthwhile - not to mention all the energy you bring to the shows. Thank you!

As a live and self-managed band we’re passionate to keep the human element in our delivery. Always have, always will. Music should be about good energy and authenticity - we hope you enjoy the second comin of BARE DITTIES (2026)!!!
