Men’s mental health and well-being event
BBQ and Banter Hollyhock Café
So on Thursday night, we had our 2nd event of our summer series BBQ and Banter .
This event is a totally free event for men and is an open invitation to come along for a chat in a relaxing and welcoming environment.
So last night we had around 35 men come along to our event and we had a free barbecue as well as UK POSTAL BROWNIES | GLUTEN FREE | WEDDINGS | ESSEX | SUFFOLK donating us 50 chocolate brownies for our event which went down brilliantly so many thanks to Gary and Nat 🫶
The event is mainly about bringing men together to be able to share experiences as well as help one another and find out about local support and activities that are available to help us all.
Myself, Luke and Greg are all passionate about making this work for all of the men of Colchester and surrounding areas because it is much needed🙌
Our next event will be on Tuesday, the 29th of September at the Hollyhock cafe with more details to follow 👍
If you know a friend or somebody who could really benefit from coming along to our free events, please share this post and also come along with a friend to show support for other men out there👌
