Today I should’ve been celebrating 10 years with my darling Minnie🤍

It feels completely wrong to be writing this as it should’ve been 10 years today. This daft little mare was my heart horse, nothing could compare to this little pony. From the day we met, were inseparable, she always knew how to cheer me up and was always there when I needed her most, even if that was sat in the corner of her stable while she stuffed her face with hay. Absolutely nothing compared to taking her out hacking, completely at peace, in unison.

This year has been tough, taking Oakley, then my Grandad and then Minnie, the loss this year has been tough and like no other. Oh Minnie I miss you 🤍

Three years ago today I said goodbye to my best friend Freddie, my childhood dog. Throughout our 13 years together we were inseparable, never one without the other. He was the sweetest, most loving soul, always at my feet, quietly. Always there when I needed him the most. This dog is the inspiration for my work and his spirit continues on through everything I create. I can’t believe it’s been three years already, life has not felt the same without him. I miss you, Fred 🤍

The second day at was just delightful! I’ve always wanted to paint a Suffolk Punch from life. These pair were absolutely gorgeous and rather patient. Thank you to the for allowing and I to join for a few days of painting, it truly was the best time! We are most excited for the next one! 🐴

It has been a dream of mine to come and paint a live study at the Munnings Museum, we have had the best day and we are so excited for day two!

Which one is your favourite!? 🐮

These hand-painted decorations I made for the craft fair at Franklin’s are so precious! It was really enjoyable to relax and try a different medium. I haven’t used acrylic in years, it used to be my standard medium for my pet portraits! 🎨My best friend also helped with the designs, thank you Lillie 🤍
