Last Chance - join Barbara Peirson for a two-day painting class at the Minories.

Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time, returning to painting after a break, or in need of an injection of playful experimentation, these two days are yours to explore at your own pace, with gentle guidance and plenty of time to play.

You’ll leave with work you’ve made, new ways of seeing, and — we hope — a renewed sense of what’s possible when you give yourself a whole day (and then another) just to make.

See our What's On for more details.

Barbara's back - 8th and 9th June.

Following the success of her popular evening course, .peirson is offering a deeper delve into working with acrylic paints. Moving between your inner world and the natural world around you, you will be taking inspiration from the Minories’ beautiful garden, letting the outside world feed and stimulate the inside world of memory, feelings and imagination.

No particular experience is needed, and no particular style is expected. Whether
you’re picking up a brush for the first time, returning to painting after a break, or in
need of an injection of playful experimentation, these two days are yours to explore
at your own pace, with gentle guidance and plenty of time to play.

Two whole days to slow down, look closely, paint and ponder.

Book via the What's On page on our website.
