🌡️ CLASSES CANCELLED – FRIDAY 26TH JUNE 🌡️

Following the latest weather forecast, I have made the decision to cancel all classes tomorrow due to the continued extreme heat.

The safety and wellbeing of our students, families and staff will always be my priority, and I believe this is the most responsible decision given the exceptionally high temperatures.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support over the last couple of days. I know many of you will be disappointed to miss class, but I hope everyone enjoys a chance to stay cool and safe.

🌡️ CLASS CANCELLED – THURSDAY 25TH JUNE 🌡️

Due to the extreme temperatures forecast for tomorrow, I have made the decision to cancel all classes.

Many local schools are also taking precautionary measures because of the heat, and I do not feel it is reasonable or responsible to ask children to attend dance classes in these conditions.

The safety and wellbeing of our students and staff will always come first.

Thank you for your understanding and support. Please stay cool, stay hydrated and take care in the heat. 💜☀️

The summer holidays are a break from school.

Not a break from your goals.

The most successful dancers understand that progress happens through consistency.

They know that six weeks away from training can become six weeks lost.

That’s why serious dancers train in the summer.

Our Senior Summer Intensive is designed for dancers who want to keep moving forward, challenge themselves and return in September stronger than ever.

With the current heatwave, please make sure all children bring plenty of water to class.

We will be building additional drink breaks into lessons and adjusting activities where necessary to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

If your child is feeling unwell, dizzy, or struggling with the heat, please let us know before class.

Dancing is hard work, and staying hydrated helps our dancers stay focused, energised and safe during lessons.

💧 Please bring plenty of water
💧 Named bottles are preferred
💧 Drinks can be refilled during classes if needed

Parents often tell us the same thing after Summer School…

✨ “I wasn’t sure if they’d know anyone.”
✨ “I wasn’t sure if they’d be confident enough.”
✨ “I wasn’t sure if they’d manage a whole week.”

And then by Friday they don’t want it to end.

They’ve made friends.

🌟 SPECIAL GUEST TEACHERS ANNOUNCED! 🌟

This summer, we’re bringing even more excitement to our Junior Summer Schools with two incredible guest teachers who will inspire, challenge and motivate our students throughout the week.

⭐ Week 1: The Greatest Showman (27th–31st July)
We’re delighted to welcome Molly Avery, who will be teaching Commercial and Street Dance. Molly’s high-energy classes are always a huge hit, bringing fresh choreography, confidence-building challenges and plenty of fun to the studio.

⭐ Week 2: Matilda (3rd–7th August)
Joining us for the entire week is Zoé Pemberton, an experienced professional performer who has danced in the West End. Zoé brings a wealth of industry knowledge, performance experience and inspiration, giving our students a fantastic opportunity to learn from someone who has performed at the highest level.

This summer, a small group of dancers will have the opportunity to do exactly that.

These aren’t classes we offer every week.

They’re opportunities designed to inspire, challenge and excite young dancers whilst helping them develop confidence, performance skills and versatility.

For four days, dancers will train, create, learn and grow alongside other students who share the same passion.
