Wyldwood Theatre Company first came into the light when three young performers, in their final years of sixth form, boldly came up with the idea for an original and exciting piece of theatre, involving inspiration from several poems by the esteemed Christina Rossetti. After weeks of writing and planning, this idea eventually stemmed into "The Blood Between Us", a thrilling and emotional journey, f

ollowing three girls in a journey of love, loss and an incurable desire for freedom. Following this, Wyldwood began to grow, both in their following and in their professionalism, and now continue to present two pieces of theatre every year for an ever growing audience. The company is made up of young performers ranging from ages 13-24, mostly friends of the founders and/or from local theatre groups. Although we are an amateur company, we aim to create pieces of theatre which could easily be mistaken as professional.

7 month Toby went missing this morning at 9:30 from the big field in Harris Park, Cockermouth(which is behind the Dale View Houses). Toby was chased down the river bank, but did not come back up, so the owners are unsure if he fell in the river or has ran along the river bank.
