As competitive dancers, we know how much your life can revolve around a single competition, championship or performance. You spend months, sometimes years, working towards one moment.
The training. The sacrifices. The hard work nobody sees. Then sometimes, despite doing everything right, things don’t go to plan.
An injury happens. Results don’t go your way. You miss out on an opportunity you’ve dreamed about. It’s tough. It hurts. And it’s okay to feel disappointed.

The hours you’ve put in still matter. The progress you’ve made is still there. The lessons you’ve learned will stay with you long after the disappointment fades.
Take a moment, pick yourself back up, and keep going. While setbacks can change the route, they don’t have to be the end of the story🩵
