Jimmy Who? Jimmy Who? The project culminated in a performance and film screening on the site of the former John Brown's shipyard on Mayday 2012.

The National Galleries of Scotland and Theatre Company, Visible Fictions and writer Martin O'Connor, spent four months at the start of this year, asking the people of Clydebank a series of questions relating to the Upper Clyde Shipbuilders' Work-in of 1971-72. Using a reproduction of artist, Kenny Hunter's sculpture of writer and trade unionist Jimmy Reid (from the Scottish National Portrait Gallery) to provoke discussions, Martin spoke to people of all ages to discover what the UCS legacy is and how it has affected attitudes to work today. There will be an exhibition of the project in Clydebank later this year and an exhibition in the Scottish National Portrait Gallery in October 2013.
