Don't know what i'm going to do without my Wed night Piloxing fix 😢 You have all made me incredibly PROUD of how far you have came from those wobbly 1st days, the change & progression had been INCREDIBLE!! And its all down to your HARD WORK & DETERMINATION 💪👊💦

Going to miss u all but hopefully will be back in the near future. Remember The Playdrome has Piloxing on every Wed 6-7pm also so no need to stop 😘

Ladies i have decided that next week will be my last week of Piloxing before baby makes an arrival. The pilates is getting tougher for me with all the core work involved & so i think its time to stop until i can come back bump free!! Numbers have been low to so seems like a good time to stop 😢. I'll miss you all!! I can't thank you all enough for all the continued support & commitment you have given me. I love teaching you all!! Hopefully i'll be back with a bang later in the year so remember to keep that core tight, shoulders down & let me hear ya say.......SLEEK, SEXY, POWEFUL 💪👊💦💋💗
